Foie Gras on the menu in Bradford on Avon

Food Issue 15
Food Issue 15

In the latest issue of "food" Bristol, Bath and Somerset's fabulous free food magazine (or a guide for the middle classes about what to be seen to be stuffing their faces with) Alison Ward-Baptiste of the Tollgate Inn near Bradford of Avon says: "Foie Gras is going to be big in 2010 - it is on our menu anyway. We couldn't find one restaurant in Bath recently that hadn't taken it off their menu
because of protests - so it's going back on ours. I also think people will be going back to basics - let's stop messing about with food and cook quality gear with definition.
